The Hungriest Time of the Day

It’s a daily happening – your kids head off the bus & straight into the kitchen. Let the grab and go begin!

While afternoon snacking can contribute important nutrients to a child’s diet, studies show that snacks are most often a source of empty calories and sweet drinks. Since hungry kids will typically eat whatever is available, use this guide to fill your kitchen with nutritious choices.

I developed this guide for the patients and families in my practice and I have received great feedback on how parents have successfully made over their kitchens.

Download and share this free copy-ready guide with the families in your school or community.
